We are pleased to announce a new service called Aztec Warehouse Express. It is designed for telecommunications businesspeople dealing with higher volume and tighter time constraints. It’s for those who don’t have the time to wait seven to ten days for their merchandise to be tested, fixed, retested, warrantied and shipped. These steps are all vital ones that Aztec takes to ensure you are getting your equipment back in the like-new condition you’ve come to expect from us. We decided we couldn’t compromise our quality standards to speed up production, so we came up with a solution that approaches the problem from a different angle. 

We came up with Aztec Warehouse Express. At Aztec Warehouse Express, we will house all of your defective telecommunications merchandise in our climate-controlled storage facility free of charge. Now you’ll also have more breathing room at your warehouse, an added bonus. When you fill out a copy of the Aztec Warehouse Express Storage Form and send it to us with your merchandise, we will test and start repairs so you will always have a portion of your inventory ready to ship. Then we’ll put it on our shelves until you have need of it. Upon receipt of your Aztec Express Order Form, e-mail or phone order we then warranty your product that day and ship it to you. Typically, orders totaling eight pieces or less will ship same day, provided we are notified that morning. All other orders will be shipped within 72 hours.

Now you’ve gone from a two-week (occasionally longer) turnaround time for repairs, to essentially less than three days. It’s a faster choice that in no way compromises the superb and thorough Aztec service you’ve grown accustomed to over the last twenty years.
